Segment 1: Yoga Practice
At Sol Hot Yoga Studio, we believe that practice is the path. Itโs not something we do to prepare for Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). Your practice forms the foundation of your journey. You canโt guide where you've never traveled. The journey to teach comes through consistent practice.
Segment 2: Yoga Philosophy
At Sol Hot Yoga Studio, Yoga Philosophy is not just a subjectโitโs the soul of our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). While posture and alignment train the body, philosophy trains the mind and opens the heart. It deepens your why.
Segment 3: Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
Sol Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) includes a comprehensive study of anatomy & physiologyโnot only learning the bodyโs physical mechanics, but to honor it as a vessel of transformation. We explore howย each posture affects muscles, mood, health, and energy flow. Understanding how postures activate & balance energy helps us teach with deeper awareness โ not just form, but feeling.
Segment 4: Professional Commitment
At Sol Hot Yoga, Registered Yoga Teacher is not just a title โ itโs a commitment. As an accredited Registered Yoga School (RYS), we are members of Yoga Alliance, and subscribe to the Code of Ethics for those who earn the Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) designation. ย Our curriculum has been reviewed & approved by a council of Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers.
Graduates from our accredited 200-hour teacher training program are eligible for the globally-recognized RYT-200 designation.
Segment 5: Teaching Yoga
Sol Hot Yoga YTT is facilitated in a hybrid approach; a portion of the course-work is self-paced, and 11-weekends meeting in person with Matt & Sky.
