Gratitude, Grit & Giddy-Up!
As the year draws to a close, we pause to reflect in that special space between remembering & renewal. 2025 with Sol – the Year of the Dragon – brought its share of expansion & contraction, tension & release. Through it all, we practiced what yoga continually teaches us – Equanimity – and, learning a deeper understanding of Bruce Lee’s advice, “Be Like Water.”
With your support, we met the ups & the downs in stride, while keeping the purpose of our practice – humble service – as our guidepost.

Costa Rica Retreat
We stepped into the stillness of the beautiful Bodhi Tree resort where rainforest & ocean meet. We shared a remarkable week in mindful movement, meditation, laughter & renewal. We witnessed the magic when community slows down & steps into stillness together.

Now Serving The Zionsville Area (Sol West)
We opened the doors to our new Zionsville studio on Thanksgiving Day! We are ‘bootstrap’ entrepreneurs backed by intention, mindfulness & a whole lot of grit. We created Sol West to be more than four walls —
it’s space for shared connection, healing & growth — a space for grace.
We are grateful for the generous support from the Zionsville community.
Sol Teachers’ Sangha
We are honored to welcome our newest teachers Amy, Beka, Cristina & Natasia into our Sol Sangha. And, with great joy, we welcome back Sydney! Sangha means more than family – it’s a circle of shared accountability & support. We are truly blessed that each of our teachers has humbly chosen to share their unique wisdom & warmth in keeping with the highest ideals of Sol Hot Yoga.
